Overview
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients regarding insurance products, claims, and policy information
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Register and track client inquiries and requests in the system
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Adhere to internal service standards and call center procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Contact Centers skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field will be plus
