Overview

Responsibilities:
  • identify and address customers’ needs
  • provide customers with the necessary information
  • organize the installment loan processing procedure
  • issue gift cards
  • sell banking products
  • attract potential customers
Required Qualifications:
  • higher education in economics, management or finance
  • knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel (knowledge of the AS-Bank 4.0 system will be considered an advantage)
  • work experience in customer service (considered an advantage)
  • knowledge of RA banking legislation (considered an advantage)
  • communicate effectively with customers and provide high-quality service
  • conduct negotiations and manage conflicts
  • learn quickly and demonstrate willingness to learn
  • show initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
