Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the execution of team assignments while adhering to established deadlines
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the casino product portfolio
  • Lead the creation and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing strategies with product features and offerings
  • Analyze customer insights, campaign performance, and competitor activities to optimize marketing efforts
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources for campaigns
  • Lead efforts to enhance customer engagement and retention through promotions and loyalty program
  • Coordinate with various teams to create compelling marketing materials and messaging
  • Provide regular performance reports and data analysis to senior leadership, recommending areas for improvement
  • Participate in the ideation and launch of new products, ensuring that marketing strategies align with business goals
  • Take part in the training and onboarding process of junior team members to support their adaptation and development
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in marketing or a related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge and deep understanding of the gambling industry, with a focus on casino products
  • Education in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Ability to analyze and effectively visualize complex numerical data
  • Experience in creating product marketing plans and executing campaigns
  • General knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat: for working with creative materials
  • CRM systems and segmentation strategies
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Russian
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, charts, tables, and reports
  • Experience with Jira for task management, assignment, and tracking
  • Jira: for organizing and managing Product Marketing projects
  • Google Sheet, Excel Sheet, Google Slides: for presenting the project more clearly, calculating budgets, campaign logic, as well as content management
  • Backoffice, CRM Reports, Metabase, Special Product Admins: for designing campaigns, generating statistics
