Overview

The employee is responsible for accepting or rejecting the requests sent to the casino operations department. The person responsible for the requests checks whether the given request can be executed by the casino operations department or not. The employee also verifies that all required information is provided so that the request can be executed. Additionally, the employee ensures that all requests are processed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Accept requests from external teams
  • Process all requests and deliver them on time
  • Monitor requests to ensure they are handled in a timely manner
  • Occasionally provide updates
  • Maintain communication with both external and internal teams
  • Direct requests to internal teams with detailed information
  • Train new employees and conduct training sessions
  • Lead the entire departmental work process
  • Be ready to support employees
  • Collect necessary reports (monthly/weekly)
  • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
