Overview
The Casino Support Team Lead shall be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the Casino Support Unit. This role involves maintaining regular communication with other team leads, international partners, and suppliers, as well as taking accountability for providing 24/7 support to team members in problem-solving and issue clarification.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication with external teams
- Provide training and onboarding for new hires
- Oversee and manage the entire workflow of the unit
- Demonstrate readiness to support team members when needed
- Ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the Casino Support Unit
- Perform other functions assigned by their immediate supervisor, arising from the duties of the position
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Economics or a closely related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a relevant area
- Good knowledge of English and Russian
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Jira
- Strong self-organization and keen attention to detail
- Ability to produce content within tight deadlines
- Confident communication and ability to present information efficiently to all levels of the Company
- Ability to identify, understand, and prioritize issues effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new information
- Excellent communication skills
