Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the overall commercial strategy
  • Drive revenue growth across all projects
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments
  • Lead and scale the sales organization
  • Set sales targets and performance standards
  • Oversee the full sales cycle (pre-sale to closing)Oversee marketing strategy and campaigns
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure strong lead generation
  • Strengthen brand positioning in the real estate market
  • Define pricing strategies based on market analysis
  • Align product positioning with customer demand
  • Optimize sales mix and profitability
Required Qualifications:
  • 4–5+ years of experience in a senior commercial role (preferably in construction)
  • Strong background in sales, marketing, and business development
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Bitrix24 will be considered an advantage
  • Proficiency in Russian and English
