Overview
SoftConstruct is looking for a Chief of Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Oversee accounting, tax compliance, and internal financial controls
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risks
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize financial operations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with banks, investors, and financial institutions
- Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance and efficiency
- Provide financial insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role
- Strong understanding of financial planning, risk management, and corporate finance
- Experience in managing financial operations in a fast-paced business environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Office skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
