Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implementation of a capital adequacy assessment and management system in accordance with the Bank's internal legal acts and the requirements of supervisory authorities
  • Preparation of capital assessment reports, including capital assessment, stress scenario analysis, risk assessment and compliance with strategy
  • Risk inventory in collaboration with units having business and support functions
  • Coordination of the Bank's stress testing system, including - bottom-up and top-down stress tests
  • Development of risk strategy and compliance with the Bank's strategy in collaboration with other units
  • Support in the development of capital assessment and stress testing policies, internal legal acts, assumptions and other documentation
  • Obtaining data from Finance, Treasury, Risk Analysis and other units and validating the assumptions used. Defining and implementing reporting formats, periodicity, ensuring effective accountability to internal (Board, Management Board, ALCO, Risk Committee) and other stakeholders.
  • Monitoring of regulatory and market changes (CB, European banking supervision, international banking guidelines) and ensuring timely implementation of requirements
  • Implementation and control of calculations and analyses of the Bank's Risk Appetite indicators
  • Conducting internal seminars and training courses related to the sector and implementing exchange of experience as needed
  • Submission of periodic reports on risks inherent in the Bank to the head of the department and the Bank's management bodies
  • Performing other functions as defined by the Bank's internal legal acts or as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of work experience (in the field of risks/finances/strategy management)
  • Knowledge of statistical software, SQL, Python, database management, and other automation tools
  • Good command of the English and Russian languages
