The Talent Acquisition Chief Specialist serves as a strategic partner in building the Bank’s future workforce. This role involves designing and executing innovative recruitment strategies that align with the Bank’s long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate is adept at forecasting talent needs, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques, and driving process improvements to enhance candidate quality and reduce time-to-hire.

Responsibilities:

What will you be doing?
  • Develop and implement long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with the Company’s goals and growth projections;
  • Oversee recruitment metrics, ensuring that hiring processes meet business objectives, timelines, and quality standards;
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and candidate-friendly;
  • Introduce new technologies and tools (e.g., AI-driven hiring platforms) to streamline recruiting and enhance candidate experiences;
  • Build relationships with industry influencers, educational institutions, and other external partners to ensure a continuous pipeline of talent;
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications;
  • Offer counsel and support throughout the hiring process, from interviewing to offer negotiations;
  • Analyze market trends and industry data to forecast talent gaps and drive strategy;
  • Represent the organization at industry events, career fairs, and conferences to build a positive talent reputation;
  • Implement other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:

What skills is Evoca looking for?
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRBP) preferred;
  • At least 4 years’ experience in talent acquisition;
  • At least a year’s experience in financial-banking field;
  • Hands-on experience with managing large-scale recruitment processes and teams;
  • Knowledge of different sourcing methods and tools, unbiased interview techniques;
  • Knowledge of TA metrics and reporting;
  • Deep understanding of labor laws, recruitment policies, and best practices;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities;
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and use analytics to enhance recruitment strategies;
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities;
  • A can-do and will-do attitude;
  • Excellent command of Russian and English.
