SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct B2B compliance monitoring and oversight across all jurisdictions.
  • Execute regular Change Management checks, Platform checks, Back Office process reviews, and Umbrella monitoring.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in compliance monitoring, KYC/Due Diligence auditing, or regulatory review.
  • Understanding of B2B compliance processes, Change Management, KYC, and Due Diligence practices in iGaming.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with experience in platform checks and back-office oversight.
  • Good knowledge of English; Armenian/Russian is a plus.
