Overview
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients’ lifestyle and concierge needs
- Manage a wide range of personal service requests including travel bookings, dining reservations, ticket procurement, wellness appointments and event access
- Build strong relationships with luxury vendors and service partners to fulfill client requests promptly
- Provide non-financial services, making reservations for customers/restaurants, concerts, hotels, various types of events, etc./
- Providing customers with detailed information about the benefit packages offered by the bank
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of luxury service standards
- Time management and multitasking ability
- Knowledge of luxury lifestyle services(travel, dining, fashion, wellness, events)
- Ability to manage stress and conflict situations
- High sense of discipline and responsibility
