Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients’ lifestyle and concierge needs
  • Manage a wide range of personal service requests including travel bookings, dining reservations, ticket procurement, wellness appointments and event access
  • Build strong relationships with luxury vendors and service partners to fulfill client requests promptly
  • Provide non-financial services, making reservations for customers/restaurants, concerts, hotels, various types of events, etc./
  • Providing customers with detailed information about the benefit packages offered by the bank
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of luxury service standards
  • Time management and multitasking ability
  • Knowledge of luxury lifestyle services(travel, dining, fashion, wellness, events)
  • Ability to manage stress and conflict situations
  • High sense of discipline and responsibility
