Overview
SoftConstruct is looking for a Content Marketing Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement content marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead and mentor a team of content writers, ensuring high-quality content production.
Oversee the creation of blogs, website content, press releases, social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Ensure all content aligns with iGaming industry regulations and brand tone.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user engagement.
Work closely with SEO specialists to develop keyword-driven content.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track content performance and improve effectiveness.
Work with designers, social media managers, and marketing teams to create engaging multimedia content.
Collaborate with PR teams to craft press releases, brand stories, and corporate communication materials.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all content channels.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in content writing and marketing, preferably in the iGaming & Gambling industry.
Proven experience leading a content team and managing content projects.
Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital trends.
Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other SEO tools.
Basic knowledge of HTML and web publishing tools is a plus.
Ability to develop content strategies and track performance metrics.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and Armenian.
At least 4 years of experience in content writing and marketing, preferably in the iGaming & Gambling industry.
