Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Draft and revision of contracts and agreements with medium and high complexity
  • Submit periodic reports on the performed work
  • Ensure maximum protection of the Company interests, foreseeing respective provisions in the contracts/agreements executed/reviewed by him/her
  • Elaborate notes, notices, acts and other documents
  • Provide consultancy with regard to legal issues
  • In case of necessity, participate in the discussions regarding contract clauses
  • Provide consultancy regarding legal norms and legislative acts
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher legal education and Master's degree
  • At least 2 year of corresponding work experience
  • Good knowledge of the respective legislative framework, knowledge of private international law
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Persuasion skills
  • Excellent language skills: Armenian, Russian/mandatory/, English
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Adaptability/flexibility
  • Negotiation skill
  • Problem solving skills
