Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Manager to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end contract lifecycle. In this role, you’ll sit at the crossroads of Legal, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and other key stakeholders ensuring that contracts move efficiently from concept to signature while meeting business, commercial and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Build a solid understanding of the company’s products and commercial offerings
  • Coordinate and manage the full contract process — internal reviews, approvals and finalization
  • Act as a key point of contact between internal teams (Legal, Sales, Finance, Compliance, etc.) to align requirements, timelines, and expectations
  • Support internal approval workflows and ensure all contractual changes are accurately reflected before signing
  • Track contract status, dependencies, and deadlines to ensure timely execution on a daily basis
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation and reporting in line with internal procedures on a daily basis
  • Provide additional operational and contract-related support when needed
  • Handle other contract management activities assigned by the Team Lead
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience working with contracts and/or legal documentation
  • Fluency in Armenian and strong English skills (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Confidence in stakeholder communication and negotiations
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build effective working relationships
  • Project Management experience is a plus
