Description
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Project Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end contract lifecycle as a structured project process. In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of Legal, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and other key stakeholders—ensuring contracts progress efficiently from concept to signature while meeting business, commercial, compliance, and timeline expectations.
You will manage contracts using structured project management methodologies, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure full visibility and control over scope, risks, and delivery timelines.
- Build a solid understanding of the company’s products and commercial offerings
- Manage the full contract lifecycle as a project—from planning through internal reviews, approvals, and finalization
- Apply project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall where appropriate to structure contract workflows
- Use tools such as Jira to track tasks, dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder responsibilities
- Act as the central point of coordination between Legal, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and other stakeholders to align requirements and expectations
- Facilitate structured planning, progress tracking, and status reporting
- Provide daily, weeky and monthly repors on Contract progress/regress etc
- Manage scope changes, ensure contractual updates are accurately reflected before signing, and maintain full version control
- Monitor contract status, bottlenecks, and deadlines daily to ensure timely execution
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation and reporting in line with internal procedures
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and transparency
- Provide additional operational and contract-related support when needed
- Handle other contract project management activities assigned by the Team Lead
- University degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in contract management and/or legal documentation
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management
- Practical knowledge Project Management methodologies
- Experience working with Jira or other project management tools
- Fluency in Armenian and strong English skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Confidence in stakeholder communication and negotiations
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build effective working relationships
