What will you be doing?
- Conduct customer needs assessment and present respective products;
- Establish and develop relationships with new clients;
- Conduct consultion and cross-sell new services;
- Analyze complaints, suggestions, requests received from customers, present proposals aimed at their improvement;
- Coordinate customer database management;
- Implement other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
What skills is Evoca looking for?
- University degree in Economics or Finance;
- At least 2 years’ experience in the banking sector, specifically in sales or customer service departments;
- Knowledge of RA banking legislation and banking services;
- Initiative and high sense of responsibility;
- Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment;
- Advanced sales, negotiation and communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian.
