Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Documentation Specialist to support our corporate administration and compliance functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is eager to gain experience in corporate governance, legal documentation, and record management.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and management of corporate documents such as incorporation papers, board resolutions, shareholder registers, and powers of attorney
  • Maintain accurate filing and archiving of corporate records (both digital and physical)
  • Ensure all documents are compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in the coordination of due diligence and KYC documentation
  • Track document deadlines, approvals, and signatures to ensure timely processing
  • Respond to internal requests for corporate documentation in a professional and timely manner
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in corporate administration, legal documentation, or compliance
  • Experience working in corporate, legal, or financial services environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of corporate documentation, such as incorporation papers, board resolutions, powers of attorney, and shareholder registers
  • Basic knowledge of company law, compliance, or regulatory frameworks
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and document management systems
  • Experience with document filing, tracking, and archiving (both digital and physical)
  • Ability to review and prepare standard forms and templates accurately
  • Attention to detail in handling confidential and legal documents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Good teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow in a corporate or legal environment
