SoftConstruct is looking for a Corporate Relationship Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture business connections with representatives of potential partner organizations
  • Discuss and negotiate terms of cooperation, ensuring mutual benefits for all parties involved
  • Strengthen and maintain business relationships with existing partner organizations
  • Develop and update the database of partner organizations
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing partnerships to assess opportunities for growth or improvements
  • Prepare work-related proposals and documentation for the corporate relationships department
  • Draft detailed reports, recommendations, and documents as needed for internal or external use
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Identify potential issues in business relationships and propose solutions to address them
  • Actively engage in finding creative ways to resolve challenges in collaboration or partnership
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years in corporate relationship management, business development, or similar roles
  • Adaptable to new challenges and changes in business dynamics
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary to effectively communicate with international partners and stakeholders
  • A strong willingness and eagerness to learn and develop professionally, staying updated with the latest trends in business relationship management
  • The ability to identify and analyze problems related to business partnerships and propose innovative and practical solutions to address them
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for preparing reports, proposals, and maintaining ongoing communication with internal teams and external partners
  • A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail is required to manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure smooth execution of business relations
