Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate with travel vendors (hotels, car rental agencies) to secure the best prices and services for the company
  • Implement and enforce company travel policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Develop travel itineraries for employees, ensuring timely bookings and smooth travel logistics
  • Monitor and control travel budgets, ensuring that all travel expenses remain within company guidelines
  • Assist in managing and overseeing the travel team, offering guidance and support as needed
  • Handle any escalated travel issues or emergencies, resolving problems quickly and efficiently
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, changes in travel regulations, and emerging technologies
  • Ensure all necessary travel documents (visas, insurance) are organized and processed in a timely manner
  • Prepare detailed travel reports and provide analysis to senior management to improve efficiency and optimize travel costs
  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel management and industry best practices
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and build lasting relationships with vendors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to handle multiple travel requests and tasks simultaneously
  • Experience managing and supervising a team, providing leadership and support
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage travel disruptions or last-minute changes
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in tourism, travel, or hospitality management (or a related field)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in corporate travel management
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines, last-minute changes, and emergency travel situations
  • Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian (both written and spoken)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
