SoftConstruct is looking for a Cost Control Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and monitor all assigned tasks in Jira and Eve on a regular basis
  • Verify that all monetary amounts mentioned in the tasks strictly match the approved cost documented in relevant approvals or financial records
  • Identify and report any discrepancies to the direct manager or responsible department promptly for resolution
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing financial data and task information
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a cost control, financial analysis, or project management role
  • Experience working with task/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Eve, or similar platforms)
  • Basic understanding of cost approval processes and financial documentation
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies and follow up with the appropriate stakeholders
  • Proactive communication skills to report and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Organizational skills to manage and monitor multiple tasks consistently
  • Ability to work independently and as a leader within a team
