SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Review and monitor all assigned tasks in Jira and Eve on a regular basis
- Verify that all monetary amounts mentioned in the tasks strictly match the approved cost documented in relevant approvals or financial records
- Identify and report any discrepancies to the direct manager or responsible department promptly for resolution
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a cost control, financial analysis, or project management role
- Proficiency in English is required
- Knowledge of Russian can be a plus
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing financial data and task information
- Experience working with task/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Eve, or similar platforms)
- Basic understanding of cost approval processes and financial documentation
- Ability to identify inconsistencies and follow up with the appropriate stakeholders
- Proactive communication skills to report and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
