Overview
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets, provide guidance and feedback on design and content, and maintain alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met across campaigns and projects
- Ensure visual identity and messaging are consistent across all marketing channels
- Work closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to ensure creative deliverables support business goals
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and creative reviews
- Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders when required
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when needed
- Identify, coordinate, and manage influencer partnerships, providing creative direction for content, reviewing deliverables for quality and brand consistency, and integrating influencer campaigns into overall marketing strategy
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a creative management role, preferably in marketing or advertising
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
- Proficiency in design software and digital content production
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams under tight deadlines
