SoftConstruct is looking for a CRM Incident Junior Specialist / VBET.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively listen and collaborate with the team, demonstrating a willingness to learn new tools (Backoffice, CRM, Metabase, Google Docs, Jira, Figma) and processes
  • Respond to bonus requests received from the customer service department
  • Implement and monitor tasks received via the Jira platform, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Process the provision or rejection of bonuses, considering the department's clear metrics and the customer's gaming history
  • Identify, correct, and reallocate bonus-related issues if necessary
  • Detect technical issues arising after the launch of promotional campaigns and notify senior specialists or the team leader
  • Assist in identifying and resolving CRM-related issues for all products and regions under their responsibility
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the team leader, including report generation, segmentation, and promotion proposals
Required Qualifications:
  • General knowledge of iGaming products and services
  • Basic proficiency in English and Russian
  • Fundamental mathematical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel for automating and accurately performing calculations
  • Ability to create and monitor bonuses
  • General knowledge of back-office and CRM tools, including customer reporting sections, bonus settings, and customer segmentation
  • Knowledge of Jira for tracking and managing technical tasks assigned to the team
