VTB Bank (Armenia) is looking for a CRM Product Analyst.

Responsibilities:
  • Writing SQL queries and client base analysis (for subsequent communications to the client)
  • Analysis of customer behavior
  • Testing and verification of product hypotheses
  • Automation and optimization of communication processes
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of communications
  • Preparation of analytical reports
  • Making conclusions based on the analysis
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience as a product or data analyst
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL (is a must)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (complex formulas, knowledge of power query will be a plus)
  • Understanding the principles of database operation (ETL), the ability to optimize SQL queries
  • Fluent Armenian, Russian or English languages
  • Strong desire to learn
  • Ability to work with Big Data
  • Multitasking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Structural and analytical thinking
  • Knowledge of the main Python libraries for data analysis (will be a plus)
  • Knowledge of finance, banking products (will be a plus)
