Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Validate promo system setups: Verify technical configurations (CRM, bonus engines, gaming platforms) align with approved task brief, terms and conditions
  • Detect suspicious patterns: Actively monitoring live promotions and player data to identify suspicious patterns
  • Assess promo risks: Evaluate risks of promo types (bonuses, free bets, etc.) and implement tailored controls/monitoring levels
  • Escalate critical issues: Flag suspicious campaigns, player activities or system flaws for investigation and action
  • Issue Identification: Identifying and diagnosing technical glitches, system errors
  • Conduct post-mortem reviews: Analyze campaign outcomes to identify successes, failures, compliance gaps and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Align communication with responsible teams to meet business goals
  • Document all promo activity: Maintain records of configurations, test results, compliance checks, incidents and resolutions for audits
  • Innovate & comply: Evaluate new error-detection tools/methods; enforce adherence to internal regulations, bonus mechanics and internal standards
Required Qualifications:
  • Clear communication to share insights with other teams; openness to feedback
  • Proactive approach to resolving data discrepancies or reporting gaps with guidance
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and eagerness to learn new tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage workload in fast-paced environments (e.g., live event reporting)
  • Precision in validating data accuracy, report formatting and compliance checks
  • Calmness under pressure during high-volume reporting periods (e.g., quarterly reviews, promo launches)
