Overview
Magic Travels DMC is looking for a CRM specialist/Project manager.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns using Back-office tools.
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation models based on player behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
- Analyze campaign results, generate actionable insights, and report on CRM performance.
- Manage bonus mechanics, promotional offers, and customer incentives to maximize retention.
- Maintain a CRM campaign calendar, ensuring timely execution of promotional events and engagement activities.
- Work closely with Marketing, Risk Management, Product, and Customer Support teams to improve customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize CRM strategies based on data-driven analysis.
- Continuously analyze player behavior and feedback to improve engagement and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, Back-office systems, and reporting tools (Excel proficiency required)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- Understanding of bonus mechanics, retention strategies, and player lifecycle management
- High level of accuracy in campaign execution, reporting, and compliance adherence
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, or Customer Engagement (preferably in iGaming)
- English Level B1 and above
- Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders
