SoftConstruct is looking for a CRM Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Creating and implementing optimized daily/weekly/monthly campaign programs for customer retention and reactivation
  • Creating and implementing private promotions for specified segments through CRM tools
  • Testing promotions and promotional materials to ensure compliance and UX excellence
  • Analyzing and indicating promo KPIs
  • Organizing customer communications flow. Targeting an appropriate segment for each promotion according to communication tools (SMS, internal message, popup, email, Social Media activities)
  • Support and assist with end-user trainings, direct partner communications and coordinate with the implementation of the service
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing/ business management/ economics or communication
  • Knowledge of English and Russian is a must (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team, collaborate and meet deadlines
  • Experience in service and/ or strong communication skills
