We are seeking a skilled and qualified CRM Targeted Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The CRM Targeted Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing targeted campaign landing pages, implementing notifications for these campaigns, and analyzing the results based on the method of notification sent. This role involves creating and optimizing CRM campaigns, tracking their performance, and providing actionable insights to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Visualize CRM targeted campaign landing pages within the specified deadlines using HTML/CSS programming languages
  • Analyze the communication channels used for executed campaigns, the sent notifications, and present relevant reports
  • Suggest ways to improve the efficiency of campaigns by regularly researching the market and using various testing methods
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor and related to the job responsibilities
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to create campaigns and fulfill other work-related requirements
  • Send notifications to customers regarding targeted campaigns via SMS, Email, and other communication methods.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing or related fields
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS will be a plus
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools
  • Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
