ONEX LLC is looking for a Customer Care Representative.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels: phone, e-mail, chat, social media, or in person
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year experience in Customer Care
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian, both written and oral
  • Good knowledge of English. Both written and oral
  • Experience with online shopping
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Fast-learner
