Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers and provide professional consultation regarding MAQOOR services
  • Receive garments and create customer orders in the system
  • Explain cleaning methods, pricing, delivery times, and service recommendations
  • Process cash and non-cash payments
  • Issue completed orders and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, messaging applications, and in person
  • Support customers with alterations, special requests, and service recommendations
Required Qualifications:
  • Examine garments upon intake and identify stains, damages, fabric composition, and special care requirements
  • Photograph garments and document their condition
  • Recommend appropriate cleaning, restoration, and alteration services
  • Record all necessary information accurately in the system
  • Communicate special garment requirements to production teams
  • Assist with quality control and order verification before delivery
  • Support other departments when operationally required
