Overview
Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify contracts and request forms
- Scan contracts and request forms and enter them into the database
- File and properly classify contracts and applications
- Providing reports to the line manager according to the schedule
- Ensure agreements el. database creation and update
- Present soft and hard copies of contracts to the line manager, if required
- Providing reports on problematic and missing contracts and request forms to the line manager
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of documentation policies and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of administrative procedures
- Time management skills
- Language skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Ethical behavior
- Result orientation
- Problem solving
- Customer focus
