Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the timely analysis of user requests from the VBET support
  • Responsible for timely review of problematic cases with providers
  • Notification to HO PaymentsOperations and CSCustomer Support about failuresrestoration of payment methods
  • Enables/disables payment methods on the company's products outside of business hours (night shifts)
Required Qualifications:
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Strong communication skills in Armenian and English
  • At least 3 years of experience in verification or customer support
  • Proficiency in verification software and digital CS tool
  • High sense of responsibility and ethical conduct
  • Critical thinking and decision-making ability
  • Strong organizational and people management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
