Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with a bonus according to their history and behavior, previously approved by the team leader
  • Classify and prioritize various forms of fraudulent betting activities
  • At the end of each shift, brief the team leader about the incidents of the working day resolved and missed tasks.
Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge in Math, Statistics, or a similar field
  • Experience in the casino industry is not a must but advantageous
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment
  • Basic knowledge of English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules.
