SoftConstruct is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist/VBET.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone communication in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and assistance
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and efficiency, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible
  • Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to customers to enhance their understanding and usage of our offerings
  • Document customer interactions, including issues raised, solutions provided, and any follow-up actions required, in the customer support system
Required Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Fluent in Russian language like a native
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing, often through internships or entry-level positions will be plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback
  • Customer-focused attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team
