HR Agency is looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Glovo).

Responsibilities:
  • Assist users (customers and couriers) with their requests via Chat or E-mail (make outbound calls if needed)
  • Provide clear information to the user
  • Communicate and deliver the best experience to our users
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education is a plus
  • Trainings in customer service is preferable
  • Experience with databases is advantageous
  • Fluency in Armenian, English at B1 level
  • Empathetic and Customer-Focused: You are passionate about customer service and derive satisfaction from helping others
  • Technical Skills: Proficient PC skills are essential
  • Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and a sense of responsibility
  • Adaptability: Ability to work with tech products and understand Glovo’s value proposition
  • Resilience: Capable of handling difficult situations and maintaining focus in a stressful environment
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Flexibility: Glovo operates during the night hours too, after 12PM, so candidates should have a willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and occasional night shifts, as well as split shifts
