Magnus is looking for a Customer Success Team Lead.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading the rollout and support of the product in India, the USA, LATAM, and other key regions
  • Ensuring customers feel supported and satisfied throughout their journey
  • Delivering projects with clear and measurable outcomes
  • Designing and executing customer success strategies aligned with company goals
  • Maintaining an up-to-date, easy-to-understand product knowledge base
  • Identifying opportunities for added value through upselling and cross-selling
  • Checking in regularly with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized solutions
  • Building strategies that increase customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, with a strong track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention in SaaS or AI-driven environments
  • Proven ability to build and scale teams, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing high-performing units
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to streamline operations, optimize workflows, and maintain high productivity
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills for collaborating with both local and international clients
  • Highly proactive and accountable, capable of working independently while effectively managing multiple priorities
