FastBank CJSC is looking for a Customer Support Responsible.
Responsibilities:
- Device maintenance and queue management
- Providing of information and acceptance of applications
- Preparation and provision of references and statements
- Helping to use terminals
- Mobile app and card sales
- Acceptance of Gold Bag Order RequestCard accounting, return of undelivered cards
- Acceptance of card applications (unblocking , transaction clarification: data change, SMS service activation, etc.)
- Sale of insurance products (APPA, Voluntary insurance)
Required Qualifications:
- Higher education or graduate student
- Basic knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, knowledge of Russian and English is desirable
- Communication and service skills
- Ability to manage stress and conflict situations
- High sense of discipline and responsibility
