Fast Bank is looking for a Customer Support Responsible/ Sebastia branch.

Responsibilities:
  • Device maintenance and queue management
  • Providing of information and acceptance of applications
  • Preparation and provision of references and statements
  • Helping to use terminals
  • Mobile app and card sales
  • Acceptance of Gold Bag Order RequestCard accounting, return of undelivered cards
  • Acceptance of card applications (unblocking , transaction clarification: data change, SMS service activation, etc.)
  • Sale of insurance products (APPA, Voluntary insurance)
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education or graduate student
  • Basic knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, MS Excel),
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, knowledge of Russian and English is desirable
  • Communication and service skills
  • Ability to manage stress and conflict situations
  • High sense of discipline and responsibility
