Data Analyst

• Understand the company’s goals and KPIs and be able to align reports and insights based on them
• Work closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities for new client acquisition and existing customer retention
• Identify and investigate trends, anomalies and opportunities to improve the KPI's performance and the company’s strategy
• Contribute to the marketing team, assuring data-driven decision-making
• Work with marketing, product, data and development teams to create data resources and build appropriate reporting
• Work closely with the core Data Analyst team by sharing knowledge and experience to ensure the entire team achieves its goals

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience/knowledge in statistics, SQL, Python, Tableau (experience with PowerBI is a plus)
• Ability to demonstrate data manipulation and create meaningful insight and visualization
• Attentive to detail
• Keen and curious nature; able and willing to share your opinion
• Organized; able to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
• Able to communicate effectively; fluent in English – both spoken and written
• Embody company values and contribute to the team culture through feedback and suggestions
