Andava Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Data Entry Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and regularly update data in our system
  • Perform thorough checks to ensure data accuracy and rectify any inconsistencies
  • Systematically organize data to facilitate easy retrieval and efficient data management
  • Assist in creating straightforward reports based on data entry results
  • Collaborate with team members to support broader data-related projects
Required Qualifications:
  • A keen eye for detail is essential for precise data handling
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and/or similar tools including custom formulas, formatting and other necessary skills
  • Advanced internet research skills
  • Familiarity with content management tools like WordPress, Zoho, Shopify, Trello, etc is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of SQL queries is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Discretion in handling sensitive data, understanding its importance in a professional setting
  • A team player attitude, ready to collaborate and contribute to various projects
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new data-related challenges and tasks
