Andava Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Data Entry Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and regularly update data in our system
- Perform thorough checks to ensure data accuracy and rectify any inconsistencies
- Systematically organize data to facilitate easy retrieval and efficient data management
- Assist in creating straightforward reports based on data entry results
- Collaborate with team members to support broader data-related projects
Required Qualifications:
- A keen eye for detail is essential for precise data handling
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and/or similar tools including custom formulas, formatting and other necessary skills
- Advanced internet research skills
- Familiarity with content management tools like WordPress, Zoho, Shopify, Trello, etc is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Discretion in handling sensitive data, understanding its importance in a professional setting
- A team player attitude, ready to collaborate and contribute to various projects
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new data-related challenges and tasks
