We are looking for an SQL Database Administrator Developer, who will be responsible for implementing and maintaining data models to enhance the quality and reliability of data while ensuring the smooth operation of scalable data pipelines.

  • Install, configure, and upgrade Couchbase database clusters
  • Monitor database performance and ensure optimal performance by tuning configurations and troubleshooting issues
  • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
  • Implement and maintain database security measures to protect sensitive data
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry best practices
  • Design and implement strategies for database scaling and high availability
  • Implement failover and replication solutions to minimize downtime
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Implement caching and indexing strategies to improve query performance
  • Develop automation scripts and tools for database provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring
  • Implement DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
  • Work closely with developers and operations teams to ensure database requirements are met
  • Provide support and guidance to the development team for database-related tasks
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Database Administrator in production environment
  • Strong knowledges and experience with NoSQL, AWS
  • Readiness studying and working with Couchbase
  • In-depth knowledge of database architecture and administration
  • Proficiency in database tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g, Python, Shell) for automation
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices is a plus
