Overview
The purpose of this role is to coordinate the effective, secure, and compliant delivery of exams and related operational activities across a country or location. The role ensures that all test-day and post-test operations – including venue coordination, equipment readiness, materials handling, and test-day staff management – meet global quality, security, and compliance standards.
The postholder also oversees the selection, contracting, and coordination of internal and external venues and equipment, ensuring that all delivery resources are available, cost-effective, and compliant with British Council and awarding body standards.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience coordinating secure, regulated service delivery (e.g. exams, logistics, events).
- Proven ability to manage venues, equipment, and logistics to strict security and quality standards.

- Salary: 545,000 AMD gross per month (British Council Pay Band 4)

- Non-standard working patterns: The working week for this position consists of 6 days. Total weekly working hours do not exceed 35 hours. Each week may have different working schedule according to the business needs. The role holder schedule includes working on weekend and/or evening exam sessions (5:00pm-8:30pm) and/or early morning sessions (07:30 am to 12:45 pm) through a month-based timetable. Each month’s schedule is to be pre-agreed and approved with/by the Line Manager primarily based on business needs.
