Overview
We are looking for an experienced Delphi Developer to join our team to work on a legacy system that continues to evolve to meet client needs. This role is evenly split between maintaining the existing platform and developing new functionality. You will support multiple clients through day-to-day tasks such as fixing bugs, handling data update requests, implementing new features, and delivering improvements tailored to unique business requirements.

Project Overview:
- Maintain and enhance an established Delphi-based system
- Investigate and resolve bugs and performance issues
- Process data update requests and client-specific change requests
- Develop new functionality and improve existing features to meet evolving client needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Proven Delphi knowledge or prior working experience
- Strong understanding of algorithms
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Oracle databases
