“HUMANIZZED” is looking for a “Deputy Branch Manager”.

Responsibilities:


- Lead and oversee the corporate sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets
- Utilize extensive experience in corporate sales management to develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire and retain clients
- Assume leadership roles such as Head of Sales or Team Leader, leveraging past experience to drive team performance and foster a culture of excellence
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills in motivating, inspiring, and guiding the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals
- Take responsibility for branch operations, including staff management, resource allocation, and budget oversight
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of logistics processes to streamline operations, optimize efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of services
- Leverage understanding of the Armenian market to identify opportunities, develop business strategies, and expand market presence

Required Qualifications:


- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales management, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry
- At least 2 years of experience in leadership roles such as Head of Sales or Team Leader
- Current or previous experience as a Sales Manager in a logistics company is essential
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of 30-40 client accounts and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and accountability for team performance and branch operations
- Thorough understanding of logistics processes and industry trends
- Knowledge of the Armenian market, including key players, market dynamics, and business opportunties
