Digitain is looking for a Deputy CFO to join our growing team.

The Deputy CFO plays a key role in shaping the financial strategy and management of the company. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will contribute to the company’s overall financial health by providing strategic insights, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with governing standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer in developing and implementing financial strategies consistent with company goals and objectives
  • Come up with proposals to optimize financial performance
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Conduct financial analysis, support decision-making, and identify areas for improvement
  • Assess and mitigate financial risks
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead the finance team and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development
  • Collaborate with the executive management team to drive strategic business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Optimize cash flow and liquidity management
  • Implement effective working capital management strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACCA certification is mandatory
  • Advanced knowledge of IFRS
  • Proven experience as Head of Finance, CFO, or Deputy CFO
  • Deep understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles
  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in managing high-performing teams
