Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the key liaison between the Rights & Content and Legal teams for new partnerships, contract renewals, and terminations
  • Support in reviewing, revising, and finalizing agreements to align with business and legal standards
  • Maintain a structured record of agreement terms, obligations, and key dates influential network across the iGaming and sports betting industries to secure key partnerships and open new markets
  • Identify and evaluate available sports content rights for acquisition through market research, competitor analysis, and industry monitoring
  • Create targeted content analysis and forecasts, working with the Business Development team to identify opportunities, support negotiations, and inform strategic planning
  • Oversee the coordination of operational tasks, ensuring effective collaboration between Rights & Content and departments such as Streaming, Scouting, Monitoring, and Legal
  • Manage incoming reports from internal teams regarding match issues, disruptions, or technical problems
  • Maintain a proactive approach to identifying workflow bottlenecks and proposing solutions
  • Provide the Head of Rights & Content with regular updates, performance metrics, and strategic insights to support decision-making
  • Represent the department in internal meetings, negotiations, and interdepartmental discussions when needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Sports Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Experience in content management, sports rights acquisition, or a related field, preferably within the sports media industry
  • Fluency in English and Armenian languages
  • Knowledge of the sports media and betting rights industry, including legal and operational aspects of content licensing
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate across departments, and lead operational processes effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management, contract, or rights tracking systems is advantageous
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic and evolving industry
  • Passionate about sports and content innovation, with a focus on staying ahead of industry trends
