Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Develop mathematical models for slot, crash, arcade, and other game types
  • Design paytables, RTP structures, volatility profiles, and feature probabilities
  • Work with Product Managers and Designers to align math models with game concepts and mechanics
  • Simulate and test math models to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Optimize models to balance player engagement, profitability, and responsible gaming practices
  • Provide detailed documentation for internal teams and external certification bodies
  • Collaborate with QA and Dev teams to validate implementation accuracy
  • Research and benchmark industry trends to bring innovative math-driven ideas into production.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Game Mathematician / Design Mathematician in iGaming
  • Strong knowledge of probability, statistics, combinatorics, and applied mathematics
  • Experience in designing slot math models and RTP simulations
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Python, R, or other statistical software
  • Ability to translate creative game ideas into robust and fair mathematical models
  • Understanding of iGaming regulations and certification requirements
  • Strong communication skills to work across creative and technical teams
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset
