Overview
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining development, testing, and production environments
- Support the implementation and monitoring of CI/CD pipelines
- Help automate routine tasks and improve development and release processes
- Participate in infrastructure setup and configuration (IaC-based environments)
- Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting issues
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth deployment and integration processes
- Help maintain system reliability and availability
- Assist in documenting processes, configurations, and technical procedures
- Support the team in analyzing and resolving technical issues
- Learn and work with internal tools, platforms, and applications
- Provide support in reporting and tracking tasks
- Stay up to date with DevOps best practices and tools
Required Qualifications:
- Strong interest in DevOps and Infrastructure Engineering
- Basic understanding of Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with containers (Docker) is a plus
- Basic knowledge or coursework in CI/CD concepts
- Awareness of tools like Kubernetes, Ansible, or cloud platforms is a plus (not mandatory)
- Basic understanding of networking and system architecture concepts
- Familiarity with at least one scripting language (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
