Overview
Responsibilities:
- Own strategy and execution of full-funnel LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, from awareness to conversion
- Build ICP-driven targeting and creative; test new formats and messaging to improve performance
- Build and optimize landing pages to capture and convert leads
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve results
- Optimize budgets to improve efficiency and pipeline impact
- Report on pipeline impact, conversion rates, and marketing-sourced opportunities
- Own social media presence and ensure Krisp shows up consistently across platforms and campaigns
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in paid media/demand gen with a focus on B2B SaaS
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn and Google ads, RTB and strategies
- Proven ability to independently run multi-channel campaigns with measurable results
- Understanding of B2B sales/marketing funnels and pipeline dynamics
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Apollo
- Clear communicator, self-starter, and strong collaborator across functions
